Hey Guys,

My name is Derrick and I'm 20 years old.I Stumbled onto the girl chase blog when in 2011...I was still a virgin then and sucked really bad with women. But I put in work and lost my virginity the next year and have been getting laid consistently and managed to work a friends with benefits typa relationship for three months and ended it rather well since we are are still in good terms.I'd call myself an enlightened beginner and I have to thank the girlchase team for that. Your insight has helped steer me in the right direction.

But recently I've hit a bump and really appreciate your input.
See I've been dating this girl for 10 months now.Its your ordinary relationship ,slept with her on the first date at her place.moving fast (thanks again)...and after two months we became exclusive...four months later we confessed our love for each other.The first four months were great just like any honeymoon stage, she would call me like every night it never failed. Our logistics were most at her place since she at school 4 hours away but hers her own apartment ,I'm at a different school.I still managed to get together with her like twice amonth where we chill and just have sex for like 3 - 7days then head back to school. But over the past few months her investment has tanked she doesn't call at all but does initiate text conversations...then like 2 months ago she got ill and had to go back home to her parents house, her folks are medics they took care of her and she better now . Problem is her parents don't feel like she should have her own apartment saying that she doesn't know how to take care of herself. If they do take her apartment away we are pretty much done for. Now you could say that she should come over to where I stay but then again now that she's back at her parents house she has to answer about her whereabouts she's 19.
Now like two weeks ago she cancelled on me after I had tried to link up saying she couldn't leave home just yet and she would tell me when it was .This is real bad since you keep saying that its best to do things on your own terms .She never did reschedule so this past week I offered to meet her yesterday (saturday)...she was pretty wish washy about it but agreed . So on the we were supposed to me meet I called her like I usually do but she wouldn't pick up , I called 4 times .she texted me to tell me she had slept late and. Only just woke up. She didn't even call. I haven't talked to her since .This is a girl who would call me twice a day but barely invests now...My gut feeling tells me that she's fallen out of love and is just too timid to end things. I was wondering how I should go about this should I just let this one go or is there a way I can salvage this.

Yeah, seems she's not interested anymore. The thing to keep an eye on with situations like this, is her investment level -- if it starts to fall off the natural thing to do is to compensate by you investing more, i.e. chasing, this is very unattractive... so you could potentially have nipped it in the bud by remaining very cool and aloof, but anyway in the context of an existing, intense, relationship it's hard to do that -- you behaved naturally (as in, she started to withdraw, you tried to find out what was wrong and to sort things out, which might have worked if she was annoyed with you over some specific issue)... now it's time to leave it alone. Go meet some other women and let this chick do what she wants -- if she is still interested she will find a way to let you know (but don't respond all thirsty the moment she texts -- make her work for it a bit) -- but this is pretty unlikely, treat it as dead in the water and just don't communicate with her at all. Go do some approaching or whatnot, work on your abundance somehow and try to forget her.
