i can't fucking sleep. im tired as all hell, but i cant sleep. you cant sleep? post here.

fuck, girls are fucking with my subconscious mind! i feel ok, i'll find some others, but im still getting mindfucked, subconsciously!

Step one get off your laptop or phone that generally helps you fall asleep

if you are physically active it helps as well

I had the same problem when my activities levels dropped and sometimes i just stayed up for ages thinking but if you avoid looking at computer screens etc 30 minutes before bed you will find that you can only think for about 10 - 20 minutes and you will naturally just drift off

If you think to hard about stuff you wont fall asleep either that why you need the only devil would care attitude

Im going to +1 on the physical activity. You will fall asleep and sleep more soundly as well. Magnesium is good for falling asleep you can find it in the vitamin isle. I like sleepytime tea too.

Going to the gym nearly ever day. I got Mg supplements so I'll note that, but I also use melatonin. I guess no mater what you take, you can't fall asleep if you're thinking about something too much.
