Can't Post a Field Report

I don't know where to ask this question so I'm posting here

I haven't been able to post a lay report all day.

Whenever I press submit a page which says "hosting server connect timeout" opens. It says try again in a few moments but the problem persisted all day.

Will the problem go away or do I have to do something specific?

Check your report for any weird / unusual characters.

99% of the time when posts aren't going through, it's this.

Deleted emojis and it worked.
