What's up guys!
I'm having a pretty good start to the new year. I just posted an LR from Sunday and this one is from Sunday. It's not exactly GC style, but there are some key things that could be of interest. This is definitely one of those lays where there's a long first-meet-to-smash time period, which I'm definitely not opposed to. It's not a fast pull or anything like that, it's more relying on my fundamentals and having those do the job for me, as well as screening and me placing myself in the right place at the right time. If you guys are interested in that, the first part is gonna' mostly be me talking about that. If not, I'm gonna' put a bolded section called time to strike where I actually start going after her, because this LR is quite long now that I wrote it...
Trial Run
Some background, I met this girl at my seasonal job. Didn't talk to her too much because I'm not really into the whole shit where you eat thing. I worked with some good friends and they talked to her and said she was relatively cool. I stayed chill, just polite conversation and basically watched from afar. I do this a lot, I keep my distance until I find a time to strike. It helps me avoid the friendzone and helps me time my advances. I don't really recommend this to someone who is just getting into game because it can cause you to not take any action at all, so it'll do more harm than good. I feel I'm at a decent level where I can determine what will work and what won't in certain situations.
Another guy that worked at my job started dating her. I didn't really talk to the guy but he seemed pretty shy. I figured this out because one of my best friends likes to fuck with people and intentionally get them out of their comfort zone. It helps determine how confident the guy is. He wasn't very confident in himself, so I didn't really see them being together for that long.
A couple months pass and I'm working with my network marketing company. I decide to call her and see what she's doing, half because I was somewhat interested, half because I wanted to see if she was interested in the company. I call her and set up a date. I basically asked her how she was doing, then just asked her if she wanted to meet. Because I had the intention of showing her my company, I told her she could bring her boyfriend, too. They can be some of the coolest, down to earth girls, or they can be pretty polarizing and have very strong ideas. Both are good if you're willing to deal with it. Anyways, I'm wearing a button down, black jeans, and some nice brogues. I felt pretty overdressed but I was going to a networking event later that evening and didn't want to stop home to change. I told her this, because sometimes shit just falls out of my mouth these days.
We talk and then start walking towards my old college campus, which is like 5 blocks away. We sit in a big building with a food court on the lowest floor. I take her upstairs and I conflict in my head if I want to show her the company or actually display some sort of interest in her. I decide that I'll just screen. So we just talk, share music, stories, etc. The topic gets to her now ex-boyfriend, I talk to her about it for a bit, give her some advice, then switch the topic to sex. She tells me she's bi, and I ask her about some of her experiences with it. It was actually really interesting to hear. We talk for a while longer, then I realize I need to get to my meeting and offer to walk her to her car.
