Just a quick update chat is back online (@Gunwitch).
We had an issue where we upgraded the forum software and the chat plugin was no longer compatible.
That's upgraded now. There's no submit button for chat on desktop (just hit 'Enter'); there is a submit button on mobile.
Let me know if any further issues with chat here.
