Chicago week of oct 25 - where does man cast a line?

Where to go to meet people in down to earth way. Hate loud music (unless maybe its trance)

Just want a place to meet chill women organically. I think the dumbphone babysitter revolution dampened and shattered what we had before 20 years ago and i didn't predict that. Are there any places like before? I like high trust environments with good ratios after a days work and no posturing or performativty and status signalling. I finally know myself, and how society works and what is best
