Hey John,
I'm snipped and have never had any complaints. Like Just Dave said, it seems like an excuse for lack of performance in one way or another. I've read a few articles saying that men who are circumsized actually have less sensitivity, so technically, it should improve a guy`s performance since he should be able to last longer.
