First, I want to reinforce that I'm not saying all classes are social circles. This relates to a very specific type of classes. The class should be small (less than 35 people), and should be a discussion based class. In these very specific types of classes, it is very possible to create attraction and even set the right frames for sex later. In fact, my first lay came from this type of class. These classes are typical in high school and at colleges.
You can do this by following the advice on the main page and the boards. Being a sexy man and a conversationalist helps. What also helps is setting the right frames. Frames that argue that society sets unrealistic expectations for men and women, that society's rules are wrong, that people should be free to express sexual desires, and so on helps. Don't think inside the box.
The last bit of advice that I have is to make sure not to overdo it. Be the person who people want to hear speak not the person that everyone wants to stop talking
