Coffee can increase heart rate, blood pressure, anxiety, and dehydration, all of which could negatively impact game, especially daygame, which requires focus and presence. Maybe I’m overthinking, but could coffee be harming my overall game? I tend to get nervous in some sets and start overthinking. I’ve been drinking coffee for over 20 years and have considered quitting, but I’ve also heard of plenty of PUAs stopping at coffee shops during the day, so I figured it might not be a big deal. Any insights?

This is a non-issue. Having (or not having) a coffee is not going to have a major impact on your success.

You've highlighted this in your post, but this is classic overthinking when it comes to approaching. Your mind will create all sorts of reasons why today isn't the best day for approaching.

Ignore and approach anyway. Once you've approached and you've had a good interaction with a girl, you reckon you'll be thinking about the impact of coffee? You'll forget all about that.

If coffee gives you that jittery hyperactive feeling, then it impacts your game. If you have a tolerance from drinking it consistently then you're fine.

If you feel coffee is hurting your game, stop drinking it that simple to enjoy better game or have a cup here and there. I drink at least one cup a day and have issues approaching unless I've had my coffee. Try some approaches with/without and see how you do. If you notice something, then adapt and make a change.
