Cold hands when a bit nervous?

Recently I've been running into this problem that I'm touching girls and all of sudden they notice how cold my hands are when I touch their skin.
Heck, last time there was this girl who felt it right trough her leggings immediately as I started rubbing her legs.

I've started to take note about this myself now too. Before or during an interaction with a girl I measure my hand temperature by placing it against my neck or head and damn they're cold often.
I think it more often seems to happen when I'm a bit nervous. Too bad it's the cute girls that actually make me nervous. Which is okay actually. At least I'm not a psychopath :) But I could do without the cold hands though. Only time I turned this into my favor was when a girl also had cold hands herself, so all of a sudden it was about 'us' and not about me.

I've been thinking of framing it back onto them, saying something like she must be all excited getting her temp raised around me. However I'd rather get it under control so they actually enjoy my touch. Have to take proper care of your girls, so cold hands won't do, right :)

Anyone else have this problem? Any techniques I can use in situations where I'm already into an interaction with a girl and want to warm my hands?
I tried breathing in a certain ways to both reduce nervousness and get the blood circulation going, but that didn't really help me, though maybe I don't know how to do it properly.

Try resting your hands on the top of your thighs while sitting. This is pretty easy to do while sitting in a powerful position. It ends up looking like a more relaxed version of hands on your hips, and it keeps your hands warm because they are so close to your groin and all the blood vessels there. While standing, you can put one hand in your pocket with your thumb hooked on the pocket. It won't help with both hands, but it's better than nothing.

Hey Jester,

What you are experiencing is a perfectly normal stress response. Your body is increasing blood flow to its most vital organs, while restricting blood flow to periphery organs like your hands.

Your best bet is to try to relax when you're with a girl to prevent the stress response. Also, dress warmly. If your body is warm enough, it will have no choice but to divert blood flow back into your hands.

Thx guys. Both of you.

Got some stuff there to experiment with next date. I like the dressing a little warmer suggestion a lot also. So simple, yet so logical. Why didn't I think about that one before :)

Yeah preventing the stress response all together would be perfect, but I suppose I can't really help it when the more cute and hotter girls make me nervous. It's not a bad kind of nervous. I actually enjoy the feeling (get a kick out of it). Suppose it'll fade with experience after being exposed to it enough.

You can use it to create some Chase Framing too, so when she says something about your cold hands you can say something like:

"This is all your fault. You look so good, all my blood is being rushed into OTHER areas" ;)

Just have fun with it and she'll dig it.
