This is my method based off of 2 years of partying in a fraternity. It's very easy.
Couple of points.
1. When girls go to a party, 90% of them are looking to hook up with someone.
2. If you're the host, your chances increase ten-fold.
3. Always bring something of value (fun). (Slap the bag and tequila guns are personal favorites)
4. Handle logistics beforehand. (Who's driving, where you're pulling to, condoms, etc...)
5. Girls go to parties in packs of 3-5, make sure you have friends available at moment's notice. This can help you greatly.
6. Know the tempo of the party. (Most college parties start at 11, hit peak at 11:45,girls get drunk by 12:30 and leave by 1:15)
7. You should be looking to pull anywhere from 12:20-1:00. Insta-pulls happen OFTEN, be prepared.
8. After-parties are almost a surefire way to get laid.
9. Numbers are extremely flakey, don't even bother.
10. Make-outs can be a great way to seed the pull. But don't be shocked if a girl makes out with 3-4 dudes.
Okay. So I'm going to make this simple, for you and for myself. But not simpler.
The first hour of the party is for you to get socially loose. Talk to anyone. If you have any type of tequila gun, bag of wine, jell-o shots, etc...Bring 'em out now. Walk up to random groups of girls and make them drink with you. Be fun, they'll love you for it. This is when you start planting seeds and building up social proof and pre-selection.
Spot your target.
Make your approach(es). A simple, "Hey I'm [name], pleasure to meet you" or some variation of that will work wonders.
Make small talk.
Screen for investment (compliance tests).
Once/if she hooks, move her. Ask her to grab a drink with you, talk at a quieter place, etc...improvise.
From here on now, it is just about building a relationship with her, upping her investment and screening. If a girl has shit logistics but you have a solid relationship & attraction, grab number and bounce.
Keep doing this over and over and you'll find your DTF girl for the night.
