Hi All,

I know that complimenting woman one finds attractive is important when approaching and talking to women. For example, like saying you have pretty hair, lovely eyes, etc. I see it in the Girls Chase YouTube videos, dating books and etc. However, why do I think to myself that it is silly and stupid to complement women? It is like I feel ashamed or cheesy. Any suggestions, ideas? Thank you all!

It is like I feel ashamed or cheesy.
Because that's the way you believe it is that's how you feel it is - and that is how it will come across.

If you genuinely believe she has lovely eyes or a nice smile or whatever then you can give a compliment and it will be genuine. With practice that you can present as even more genuine which is where the guys in online videos go and then often use as an opener:

"I just had to come over and say how good you look in that summer dress"

That's a bit too direct for my style but I do use compliments fairly often to re-direct the conversation and look for compliance:

"Where did you get that ring? It's very cool" and hold out your had to see if she will put her hand into yours to show you her ring which also shows compliance and you get skin to skin contact.

Going back to your basic question - if it feels cheesy or forced it will come accross this way. Try pracing at home in private and try different tones of voice and inflection until it sounds, and feels, genuine.

It feels cheesy because in your mind you know you’re complimenting her to get a reaction which is subservient and manipulative… you’re trying too hard.

You need to reframe it in your mind so you only compliment something you truly like, that way it will feel sincere and not manipulative.
It boils down to outcome independence.
