Posting in general because most would probably classify it as that as opposed to advanced or lifestyle, but I classify it as personal philosophy.
I've hit what I call a rough patch when it comes to getting some action with the ladies. I've always had troubles, but managed to pull through and get results. Recently I feel really negatively about it.
I just wanted to post something quick that I think some may find useful, as I think the concept is to me.
To give some credit to the idea, I ran into a nice african girl eariler today who spoke about born against christianity and how it's not good to want to sleep with many other people, and other things, I digress.
Thinking about it, I realized something about myself, that other's may take away from:
I don't feel like I am worthless, or any other dissatisfaction's about who I am.
I do have a dissatisfaction about the social lifestyle I live. I try to change it, but I find it difficult to get out of excusing certain feelings I have about my...actions, if you will.
This has exhibited itself in some ways, for example, I smoke, and this is a distructive act that I blame on my lack of success to find like. I figure, if I'll never find my love, who care's if I die younger, I'll be alone.
I know this is very abstract, but here's my points.
Confidence is about you and yourself, whereas self esteem is like the fire underneath you that keeps you going. It's your steam!
That's what I lack. We've all been hurt one way or another, but we have to realize that it's because of how destructive this world is before we can realize we can't change that, and that we should worry about our own actions.
I'm looking for something, and often times chicken out of situations where I could find what I'm looking for. No matter how other people may look at you, you've made it this far, and the experiences you carry say something about you.
You fucking rock.
Fuck whatever is the outside pressure, your fire is hotter than any other fire, yours will dominate most other forces. Just accept that you are strong, and that others will always look, and that just like you, everyone else has to react in some form or another, to that undeniably extremely powerful identity, and change their movements in accordance.
They have to, to any body, even if they are weak. It might not affect as many people, but the second point...
is that EVERYBODY.... affects EVERYBODY.
Yes, someone could still be weak and blame others and the world around them. That doesn't discredit the idea, just because a weak person creditted that idea.
We can't avoid the fact that although out relations are with people who have level minds, there are a lot of people. and ideas that are mainstream are hardly opposed no matter how ridiculous or nonsensical, especially if many people follow it. And many people do. Many people are born into it.
Ah.... words do not do the trick. Society is terribly unforgiving.
