Contact before first date after setting something up

Hey so I met this girl off tinder this past week and exchanged some good texts and flirty conversation. She agreed to buy me dinner and she said she would make my day amazing this weekend. She said this Monday. The date probably won't be until Saturday.

Haven't contacted her since Monday night, busy with some other stuff, but with this gap of the whole week what do I do to maintain her interest without losing any attraction??

Assuming you have all the date logistics set up(time/place), you can text her today or tomorrow. "Hey XXX, Looking forward to dinner this weekend "

If you want to add a little personal touch and tease her about her cooking or something else you chatted about that works, but just keep it short and focused on the date.

Usually before a date I like to text her, "Hey (her name), I should be at (the location) right on time - see ya soon ". Works well for me!
