Could you do anything against a corrupt cop in the US who has targeted you?

Hypothetical situation here but say you had a corrupt cop who for some reason or another, had it out for you for whatever reason. Maybe you just remind him of someone he hates or something about your life brings jealousy to him. Now as players and men who succeed with women, this happens. Also consider that sometimes, people with really bad intentions go into the business of law enforcement.

In reality, is there anything you can do to legally and efficiently go against a corrupt cop in the US?

Hypothetical situation, calling for a bunch of what will probably be KJ answers (if anyone answers), made at a time when there is widespread anti-police sentiment among some portion of the population... this beyond Off Topic, and into the realm of "weird and obvious hot button political debate-bait."
