sure, takeaways can be a powerful tool. this was much too strong. you didn't attempt to put yourself in her position, to try and understand her POV.

you could have stopped for a second and said "wow, you're right, we are moving a little quicky" or blamed her a little " wow! where did that come from. man i couldn't stop myself there you are far too sexy"
or you could have made it a game, be a little playful with her. or get under the bedclothes, maybe she just felt shy being naked. you don't have to be combative, and you don't have to be such an asshole.

now we've all heard the definition of crazy - doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. what you're doing isn't working. or, rather, it's working until you get the girl home (which as per your own words is usually in a dishonorable fashion)

IMO you're moving too fast. sure, it's gonna work occasionally. sometimes the girl will be into you, horny and ready to go. `but more often than not, it seems, you're left writing FRs instead of LRs

make some changes. try meeting for a coffee or ice-cream outside, not at your home. try flirting and teasing and chaseframing and deepdiving and sexing up the conversation somewhere where she doesn't feel threatened. a 20 minute walk in the park wouldn't kill you.
