FU date brings her girlfriend LOL

I decided to share this because I have never had this happen in my life.

Anyway, this weekend I went to visit my friends in different city. While there, I did a little bit of Tinder and matched with a girl.

She's 34 (I'm 27) and a cute, petite Asian girl. I asked if she wanted to date and to do coffee and a movie (logistics are bad, so decided just to have fun and see if can makeout during the movie or something).

She agrees and we set up a time. 30 min before some problems occur, and she texts me to ask if we can do later. I'm just chilling at my friend's house, so no big deal, and I agree (but now can't do coffee, only movie, not a good sign).

We arrive about the same time, and without any notice, she brought a friend (girl) of hers. What the heck? Haha.

Whatever, I chat and deep-dive with both of them pretty equally, with a little more attention to the girl I asked out. I don't want to make her friend feel like a third wheel or anything. At this point, I don't really care, and figure I'll just enjoy the movie. They're both nice girls.

I was tempted to try and hold her hand a bit or put my arm around her, but with the friend there, it was just kind of awkward, so didn't.

I've never had this happen before, so had no idea what to really do. I never got mad or upset or whatever.

I texted my friend during the movie, and he said that I should just pretend to go to the bathroom and leave LOL. But, I already paid for the movie, so figured I'd watch it the whole way through.

A day goes by. I texted her today and asked if she wanted to go to a movie alone this time, and she said sure haha. I'm back at my house though, and she now knows (since our "date") that I'll be moving to Japan soon, so I don't even know if I should follow through. I'll probably just forget about it.

Ah good lord I hate when girls pull that nonsense.

Had this happen to me about a year ago with a sexy girl from class. She ended up asking me last minute after class before we left if her girlfriend could come, and not wanting to look like a dick i didnt really object or say yes. They were both cool girls though so we had Mexican food and chatted it up. It was irritating though since a dude is trying to holler at a girl but when she brings a third wheel it becomes a bit complicated. I think you should try to set up one more date though. I mean you're moving to Japan soon, so who cares. It really won't hurt to try to at least go for it , she's a girl you met off tinder. Best of luck homie,

@taco I've had the same situation but took the alternate route. I was the dick but not in a mean way more in a nah I'd rather just chill with you. I handled it very calmly and got a girl that wasnt intially open to me to warm up... buuuut then I fucked up by immediately trying to reschedule :\

@Pinot I would of probably been a bit more aloof and had the girl put in more work. I mean I don't think thats cool at all, not even telling you then just bringing someone else? Probably could of teased her about it and yea I probably would of left but not without telling them, not there to impress any ones friend.
