Calls & Texts Date follow up timing

i told a girl that I will follow up with a date proposal in 2-3 weeks as both of us were kinda busy and could not set up one straight away . My question now is when to get in touch with her again ?

I am thinking like 2 weeks something would be ideal , but from your point of view it would be better to send the text in 2 weeks or 3 weeks , 2 weeks something as I initially thought or I can follow up even earlier than 2 weeks ?

I am asking this because I usually have attainability issues and just want to send a stronger message that I am interested to see her but while I also keeping my value
