I work at a bar/movie theater/concert venue every weekend. Last night I was managing the bar when a cute redheaded girl came up to me and handed me a paper slip that said "name. Number. Call me "

Problem is I have seven lays but all are from girls I'm close to (friends, I've actually not been friend zoned, message me if you wanna know how, I think I've got it kinda mastered, or message an expert like chase) or a few like party hookups. But I've never been on a date with a person I haven't hooked up with, ever. Tips??? My house is like a half hour or forty minutes away, I don't have an American drivers license or a car (I.E. I need to be a lover cause I got nothing else) and so closing location is difficult too. I'm also trying to master a high energy style but I used to be broody which might be where this assertive high energy girl approaching me came from (it was 2am at my job).
We agreed to meet up later this week via text. I was a little dismissive but she was super enthusiastic and an 8 so yeah....
Help with this weird dating before sex thing!

Wow...seven lays and I think I am an expert in social circle, sorry guys.
Also, any advice if you're batting out of your league? I'm making plans to barhop tuesday with a bunch of straight and lesbian women who are ten plus years in the nightclub industry, and am barely hanging on. I'm proud that I'm included, and one of the women, if she was a guy, would be a natural (she's a really hot redhead lesbian, maybe bi, bartender, I've hit on her) but it's a struggle.

Hey Byron,

She seems into you. Why don't you try inviting her straight into your home for dinner? I have managed to pull out a first date dinner at my place a few times. A cooking date is fun if you can cook a little. That solves the issue of logistics.

If you don't feel ready for that, you can try a short drinks date (one hour, or two max) where you build comfort, excitement, and leave her wanting for more (so... lots of touch, deep diving but *no makeout*). Then second date at your place.

In any case, no restaurant or cinema date, it's counterproductive.

She's into you, but just assume she isn't and take everything in charge as if she's not. Nothing is ever granted. Don't burn any step. Lots of comfort first. Then smooth escalation.

Was gonna for something like the drinks date and then leave her wanting more for a second date somewhere (anywhere) I could escalate.
Instead, it was a relatively long (five hours) date.
