I have had encounters with bi-sexual women, but never actively dated one. I have dated women that have bi-sexual tendencies, and would often kiss other women and grope each other, but nothing more. I actually landed a threesome several months ago after a night of drinking, and tried to get the girls to perform sexual acts on one other, but they wouldn't do it.

I have a close friend, and he and his girl actually look women up on adult sites and go meet them for drinks and hook up with them. This isn't something they actively do, like every Tuesday or something. But they live a swinger lifestyle. And yes, when they are out they often share thoughts about other women that are present. Although, they are cool about it and make sure not to make others uncomfortable.

Also, a lot of girls are just "all talk" and just say they're "bi" or like women because it makes men fawn over them. I don't do much online dating anymore, but go look on OK Cupid and see how many girls list themselves as bi-sexual. It's like half of them!
