dealing with annoying clinger-guy

there's this older guy "Semi" cockblocking me at this place people take classes at where I go to. he's clearly really close w this girl but he's like in his mid 40's (she's early 20's), balding ugly guy with 0 game... but he's just ATTACHED to her a lot of the time and he clearly does not like me lol (probably knows I'm a threat in some way). Any idea how to approach a situation like this? Had someone tell me just need to accept it and make "An attempt" to play nice but guy is annoying af.. not as a sexual threat but cockblock it feels like imo.. Example is like I want to talk to her after class/walk back with her but he is GLUED to her and if I did walk back with her it would be us 3 in this scenario... and then it gets too much into chasing IMO rather than "it just happened" if that makes sense

no she's super friendly with him and talkative etc.. so just mainly a nuisance trying to get 1 on time lol

I've just honestly never seen such a clingy dude

because she can just ramble to him about whatever constantly and he is just "mr nice guy" always helping her with everything, almost like a servant lol...

she's also just super nice and (imo) likes male attention so that definitely has To do with it too

i do not even think i have ever had a conversation with someone age 40+ in my life that was not my parents,family or someone like doctor.lawyer...

i have never in my life had any sort of interaction with someone age 40+ in social/seduction related environment so no idea about this scenario

nah she's pretty attractive. I don't know man, she's just a really friendly person. I don't think she cares, she's pretty friendly with everyone if they say hi to her. I'm just trying to obviously move it forward

This is really vague so just a guess.

Usually when they want something women placate the dead weight. Meaning, ideally she'd be taking care of the dude problem for you if he's just a simp circler. To the backburner he goes!

Makes me think she isn't interested in you.
