Good tips. I'm good on sleep these days (haven't always been... there've been times when I've been average 3 hours of sleep a night - you crash hard after doing that too long, though) and good on meditation. Exercising I've been on break from since autumn, but as soon as I get finished with upgrading the site / business model it's back to lifting again. On the diet ones though - well!

Another one they might've added here was "get lots of exposure to highly stressful situations so you become acclimated to high pressure." The body adapts to stress eventually - every time I'm going through a very stressful period in life, I remind myself, "This is teaching me to be more resistant to high stress I encounter in the future."

But I suppose that one's not quite as easy to implement as the six recommended in the article.
