Online & Apps Disagreement on location and time

So far ive been fortunate enough that girls have always agreed on my location and time - but now ive come across this feisty feministy girl with a boyfriend whose insistent on meeting during the day at a place of her choosing

I actually flirted with her a month ago and she was adamant that she wanted nothing to happen between us and i left things there but kept it cool as we still have to see each other because of uni.. anyways she drops by yesterday by my desk with a note with her name and no. on it

is she trying get some power back or something in anycase i dont see how a date during the day far away from my place can help me what would you do in my situatio.. i dont think chase has touched on this

Perhaps date compression is an idea but i still dont feel it right to be changing my plans.. and honestly i dont think thats possible as im leaving the country in about 10 days time
