I think this is something Chase would be good at answering or maybe something Chase has answered but I missed it on a post.
It seems like Hispanic girls, black girls, and especially Italian American women are very forward with guys they are attracted to. I've noticed here in NYC where if an Italian girl is into you, you know it because she gets touchy very first, flirts with you, and hints at sex often.
I notice that French girls and European girls in general are the same way when they're attracted to you, forward and they make it clear.
With White American women, I notice that there are a lot of games involved and you have to be able to read the fine details or pick up on cues. It's very hot and cold instead of as forward.
It's definitely a cultural thing instead of a racial one but what's your take?
