Hey there,
We're tricking out the whole GC editing flow right now to make things run as smooth as possible behind the scenes. I've just promoted BT, our outstanding editor, to the publisher role. Now we need to get the rest of the editing roles beneath him filled out so he can focus on publishing.
Right now, we need a links guy - someone who knows Girls Chase articles front and back and can read through an article and insert the right links to the right articles, right where they should be. We will have exactly 1800 articles on the website at this point when Pablo's goes live in a few moments... so you've got to know the content very well!
This'll be a few hours of work a week. Should be somewhere between 2 to 3 hours/week. It's flexible, so you can do it when you like, but we do need fairly quick turnaround - there are 5 steps in our editing queue and we don't want it sitting any one place too long. So you should be able to take whatever articles are in your inbox and get them linked up and sent to the next person in the queue within a day or two max.
Beyond knowing the content and being able to clear your inbox once every 1-2 days, the most important quality is you must be clockwork consistent. You know yourself; if you're the type of guy who gets excited about something, does it for a few weeks, then abandons it, this isn't the role for you... we're looking for someone we can train to do this well, and who'll then occupy the role for years and years. It's not a ton of work, but it's a little extra chunk of cash for a little extra flex time work you can do sometime during the day it fits your schedule.
