I wack it like daily. Does it get your way of becoming more successful? I’m trying to show my penis who’s more alpha.

It hurts your game very much actually. It causes you to not be motivated enough to go out and find real girls because you’re satisfied with whacking it. I go by this- if you’re jacking off more than you’re getting sex then you need to quit it (regardless if you’re not getting laid at all).

Porn has many negative impacts believe it or not. Studies have shown that you’re more likely to cheat & you won’t be as intimate with women when you’re watching other people do it on a screen. And worse, if you’ve got it bad, you won’t be able to perform as well with her (i.e. erectile dysfunction). While there’s no evidence that says masturbating causes low testosterone, it is proven that having sex with women can give you an average 72% increase (https://www.anabolicmen.com/ejaculation-testosterone/), which is all the more reason to meet real girls instead.

If you think you might be addicted check out Chase’s article on it:

There’s nothing better for your motivation in pickup than raw unadulterated testosterone.

Best of luck,
-Micah

Do you mean in general ? Like if you imagine yourself sleeping with women?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe chase said to masturbate once a week to your own thoughts to relive the stress and to restart your horniness.

Here's what Chase has said in the comments section of this article
https://www.girlschase.com/content/your- ... perate-men

"Yes, getting comfortable with what are awkward pauses for most people is an important part of developing socially. You can manage this even when less juiced with your vital essences with enough training and exposure (and practice just staying steady and calm during silences), but not having ejaculated recently gives you a major focus boost.

Ejaculating from sex is another one that robs you of focus; I've seen some guys experiment with having sex but no ejaculation for a month, and by the end of the month they had women opening them and propositioning them like crazy (sex raises testosterone; ejaculation lowers it; lots of sex with no ejaculation seems to just be a straight shot to the top for your t-levels)."

That's some anecdotal evidence from Chase. So if having intercourse but not orgasm raises testosterone, can it be any type of woman or only ones you are attracted to? If she's on top does that matter?

If having intercourse and orgasm raises testosterone that someone else linked earlier in this thread, does the type of women you are having intercourse with matter? Eg does testosterone only go up if she has good/compatible pheromones? What if shes on top in the bedroom?

This reckons orgasm [from masturbation?] does not lower testosterone levels. Unsure if the source footnote is interpreted correctly.

About the having sex/no ejaculation part, that’s really interesting actually, I hadn’t heard about that. In the link I shared, there’s another study that backs that up: “It’s known that short-term abstinence of 3 weeks can slightly increases testosterone levels in healthy human subjects, and one interesting study shows a significant 145% spike in T at the 7th day of abstinence (probably an evolutionary trigger to reproduce).” So I assume it works the same (or better) if you’re still having sex. I think the positions or girl you’re doing it with only have as much impact as the pleasure it’s giving you, I would go as far to say that if it’s giving you lots of pleasure, that it probably gives you a short term boost in testosterone but nothing long term. I say that mainly because it’s in the moment, and has more to do with your current horniness and her ability to tap into it and satisfy it. Just some of my thoughts though.

To respond to SubZero, Yes I believe Chase did say that, so as far as masturbating once a week, that’s assuming you’re trying to get rid of an addiction to porn already. I don’t think it serves you much advantage (if any) to masturbate. But the real point of him saying that is the emphasis on not masturbating to a screen, you must use your own thoughts.

That 7th day testosterone boost goes back down to baseline the next day.

However, I have read that when you abstain from ejaculation what happens is your androgen receptors become a lot more sensitive to testosterone which is why you get horny, more dominant, aggressive, etc. This receptors become desensitized after ejaculating.

So are you saying to ejaculate at the end of the 7th day? Or do we keep abstaining until the next boost is? I assume I would be another 7 days?

No, it's a one time thing. However, testosterone isn't the only "benefit" in abstaining. Try it for yourself

About 5 months ago when I experimented with this I was usually very horny 3 or 4 days after doing it until like 5 to 6 days. At day 7 or 8, if I did not do it, I noticed some decrease in horniness. The good thing about this is that everyone can try and see for themselves.
