A short post,

I see a lot of people tend to have this "Primadonna act" when their friends has a bday party or an event, Ordinary people respond, 'i might be coming' and 'i see if i can attend'. I have done it, too.

First things first, It makes you look "valuable". Yes i see a lot of the guys who are new or inexperienced. IT works in the short term because the value is perceived, but do it too often, and if you not really that "busy", People will turn their backs on you. Even if you are "busy", it happens too.

IF superstars can attend ceremony and confirm within weeks so as to attend and meet and greet the fans, while collecting an award and watch the show, Who are you. really?

Do value your real life friends, You do not want to use your phone too much when you're in a gathering, or that you text people i will not be attending at the last minute. It's good to have some social grace and make it up to people sometimes!

(and check out Chase article, If i remember correctly, Why It's Good to Be Hard to Please.)
