Problem Report Double charges

Hey guys how are you doing?

For 6 months I've been getting charged twice for my GC membership. It's with the same account (Gaturro) so it must be a back-end issue.

If you could find a way to fix it, that would be great. For now, I clicked "Cancel" in one of the active memberships and that should do.

Of course I'd like to ask @Chase for a refund of those 6 months (I paid 263.40 USD for 6 months aka 131.70 USD extra ).

I am sure @Chase will find a good solution to this. However, have you tried reaching out to support@girlschase.com?

Usually they tend to fix such issues pretty quickly.

Oh yikes, looks like you had one active since January 2022, then signed up again February 2023 and had both billing at the same time.

Man, I hate this new subscription software. The old one used to have a way to block duplicate signups so it was impossible to have two active subscriptions at once. But the guy stopped maintaining it.

We get like one guy every 2 or 3 months who we discover has two subscriptions. Subscribed once, then for whatever reason went and subscribed again. One guy had 3x subscriptions...! I was like "Wow, that guy must really love reading the site!"

Anyway, yeah. Just open a ticket via the Help Desk for stuff like this, our team is awesome; Paula and Nikki are on there daily and on top of it:
