Welcome to the boards. I'm not affiliated with the site, just a user like u, but I have to say you will not regret your purchase. I had a bad habit of becoming a platonic girlfriend to the girls I liked instead of fucking them, but luckily that has changed thanks to GC.
I would suggest to read the ebook from cover to cover (maybe twice even) while committing ahead of time to do everything the ebook says (you can read ahead, sure, but you should also be steadily working on yourself). So, after you read the section on fashion, go and buy some new shirts, pants etc that are tighter and more awesome and more contrasting than currently. After you read the section on posture practice walking with your shoulders back, head and chest high (everywhere you go). And so on. By the time I'd read the first chapter I was hooked, like "Holy shit, it is possible to get girls! I have step by step instructions here! Holy shit!!".
When you have finished the ebook start watching Spellbinding. I have to say that my conversation is one of the best parts of my game, thanks to Spellbinding, and I use this every day for making friends even though I haven't been gaming all that frequently lately. Your conversation is SUPER important and you must practice at every opportunity the next 3mths or more until you get good at it. Every time you buy something or meet a professor in school or get introduced to a new person, etc.
About your questions try emailing info@girlschase.com or possibly genaro@girlschase.com as he's apparently in charge of customer support. When I bought programmes I got mail from receipts@girlschase.com so maybe search your mailbox for that. It might have been spamfiltered, I have lost emails from GC staff for that reason previously, which caused a lot of confusion at the time (stuff about girls might look like spam).

Thanks so much for instructions and sharing your experiences. It's really very nice of you ! I guess I will read the e-book first and then practice frequently. And I know the most important part is practice. Actually I am quite good at getting along with girls, but hard to get further, and that sucks.
