FR Drop-off Latina

Hey Gents!

Got a simple FR that had a couple things I haven't dealt with before. I delivered some Postmates to this girl a while ago, then again today. She's 25, Latina, goes to the school I was at, and always seemed pretty friendly toward me. The first interaction was short, found out age and school basically. On to today's:

• Me: Hey (we'll call her Lisa) Lisa, I found the way up this time.
  Lisa: (holding her dog) Yeah, look at that.
  Me: I remember being her like...
  Lisa: ...a week ago? For some coffee?
  Me: Ah, yeah some free coffee.
  Lisa: Yeah, and you're a last year at (school) right?
  Me: Yeah, and you're 25 right? (I'm 21 for reference)
  Lisa: Yep!
  Me: Awesome, are you living here with roommates?
  Lisa: Nope, just us two
  Me: Ah, the dog, you're a dog mom haha...
  Lisa: Yep
  ... she is staying put, no sign of wanting to stop
  Me: Hey, I'm probably not supposed to do this, but... (doing a delivery here...)
  Lisa: Don't worry, I won't tell anyone
  Me: You're pretty cute, how'd you like to hang out some time?
  Lisa: Well, I'm not dating right now...I could take your number though and give you a call after I come back from Mexico...maybe grab a coffee
  Me: (a little overwhelmed by all those little things, just ignored them lol) Alright...(takes out my phone) what's your number? I can just give you a call so you have it.
  Lisa: (gives me her number, no problem)
  Me: (calls her phone which is elsewhere) so how long have you been here?
  Lisa: Since August
  Me: From Mexico?
  Lisa: No haha, I was in LA, Santa Monica
  Me: Ah, so you just jump around the coast. Where in Mexico is your family?
  Lisa: (place, can't remember)
  Me: Where's that?
  Lisa: (here and here)
  Me: When do you go?
  Her: I'll have to check, right after finals, the 10th or 16th. Are you doing anything for Christmas?
  Me: My family might do something, but I have this bad habit of liking to stay really busy, then something happens and it's tough to build back (no idea why I said this...), but I definitely still like to have fun.
  Lisa: Cool
  Me: Well, I won't keep you standing there all day, hope you enjoy it (the food), have a great day Lisa . (I feel like I should have asked her what she was up to right now.......)
  Lisa: You too!

So from here, I almost feel like I should ignore her comments and go for a meet as usual, maybe text her about what she's doing today/soon. Any tips for when a girl frames things further into the future?

And any tweaks to improve anything in the interaction itself would be appreciated!
