Easy steps to start running

To me going to gym is boring and waste of time. Also hard to find motivation and easy to drop out for most folks. But running, once hooked, is for life. It calls to you. No matter how hard some run was, and "never again" words you may say, you will not quit. Looking around me, there are not many runners. They think they have no time, or are too embarrassed and don't want "to look funny". All it takes is 60 minutes, three times a week. And you can run any time of a day, night and rain included. You need running shoes. Here is very simple start instruction. Make your plan for three times a week. First day just walk for 30 minutes. Next time insert 5 minutes total of running in slow pace in that walk. Keep slowly increasing your running time as your body adjust to it, till you can run 30 minutes non stop. This is enough for healthy life. Want to train for marathon, pick a program and follow it.
