"Ego", "Proud" is note our self esteem. IT is to acknowledge ourselves how far we go. If we use "Ego" and "Proud" to communicate with others, that will mostly happen with negative connotation, because some people take it seriously.

Ego and Proudness is our own empowering meters. But other people is other people.
