I've had a brief search of the website and the forum but haven't been able to find a post that shows an idiot how to identify escalation windows, I've found one that talks about why its important to capitalize on them, but noting thats really specific to how to see one is open.. this is one of my biggest sticking points, looking back on previous experiences..

Can anyone aid me here, by putting up a brief post or pointing me in the right direction?
