If you're going to do anything, make sure it's on your terms, especially if she hasn't been compliant in the past.

I would suggest texting her and telling her that you can't meet at the time you two agreed on and instead suggest a different time/place. Say you don't have time to walk around, so you two should just have ice cream at your place. It'll be much easier for you to make a move if you do things your way.

Shes been very compliant the first 2 dates.

That being said my place is not an option. I live together with some one..

She's not being compliant if you're unable to sleep with her because she's unsure about how she feels (which is usually a sign to escalate and let her confirm her emotions) and if you're unable to agree to a date on your terms.

Figure out logistics that work with you. Worst scenario I can think of is that you get laid and your roommate gets mad at you the next morning... Which is still a win in my book.

Don't worry much about what she says about having mixed feelings. She went on two dates already and she was compliant. She also came with counter date and place. That means she is interested.

Don't worry about her acting cold either, as long as she goes on a date. Remain yourself, don't change because she is now reacting differently, just keep doing the same over and over.
