Tyler from RSD talks about feeling your whole entire body from head to toe resonating to stay grounded. Elliot Hulse recommends what he calls breathing into your balls to be more charismatic. Eckhart Tolle also recommends feeling your body to stay present to the moment.

Has anybody here experimented with this? I have myself and have noticed that if i am able to feel my balls, while talking to a girl, it makes me much more charismatic and it keeps me out of my head. Two different times while I was standing still at a bar, I tapped a nearby stationary girl on the arm, then stuck my hand out to her, she then grabbed it and then I pulled her into me and hugged them, all without saying a word. And both times I've done this they loved it. And both times i was feeling my balls resonating and was very present to the moment, which helped make the conversation flow easily after this.

The trick though is to not get stuck in your head, thinking about feeling your balls or your body. I've done that myself. Instead of thinking about feeling your body or your balls, feel it while still thinking about what you are currently doing or saying. For me i think it's easier to feel my balls verses feeling my whole entire body because while trying to feel my whole body it's easy to get stuck in my head and be thinking about it, which will ruin things because you won't even be focused on the conversation. Just feeling my balls though seems easier.

Anybody else know what im talking about or have any insight on this?

Yes, but I think you are talking about something that is rather natural, normal physiological response. You see attractive woman and you feel sexual attraction through your balls, as you are desribing.

Anyone can increase this feeling through practicing yoga, awarness, meditation... Basically, you relax, get into a meditative state, and practice awareness of your body. You are aware of your body parts and of your breath, you kind of shut down the external environment and focus on your body (and your breath). Later on you add awareness of your emotions, mood, and mind (your thoughts). You become an observer of your body and of your inner state, you are observing yourself the same way you would be observing external environment. This way your feelings will be "more visible" in your mind, and then once you see attractive female you will be more aware of what is happening in your body. Once you become a master in this you will combine both of these - you will be able to observe your inner state as well as external environment with the same intensity.

Just for practical purpose, in analogy to a plane and your body, you are a pilot who monitors inner state of the plane by watching all the gauges in the cockpit, and at the same time you also monitor external world - the runway where you are landing.

If I am not mistaken, this is known in yoga as chakra. There are 7 chakras, and you are talking about the lowest one. Check out Kundalini yoga, this energy that you are describing can "unwind" and raise all the way to your head, to the highest chakra.

This is very real, the only problem is that modern science doesn't have any gauges that can monitor level of your awarneness and your consciousness. As a matter of fact, science is unable to describe awareness, no scientist have a clue how is it even possible that we as humans are aware of ourselves. Think about it, how is science going to measure level of your pain when you hurt yourself, your happy feelings, your awareness of 'vibrating balls', or your thoughts? They can't, but those things are very real for each of us, real the same way as external world. Science has no clue how to measure and describe them. Yoga, buddhism, mysticism, meditation and relaxation are only ways to make these things more real by being aware of them.

Another thing, the same way as you are aware of your vibrating balls, try to be aware of feminine energy. Meditate in a quiet room, calm down your mind, your feelings and emotions, calm down your thoughts. Be totally relaxed. Then go out and talk to some cute girl. You'll see (in your mind) and you'll feel the tremendous wave of feminine energy that will flood your body and your mind. This energy may even paralyze you, depending on your sensitivity you may be unable to even talk to her as this energy will simply shut your mind down. It is huge and it is real, the only problem is that it cannot be measure by anything else than own experience...

Yes! I love the pilot of the plane analogy that you talked about. I forgot to mention that i do meditate everyday for at least 20 minutes. I am guessing that this helps a lot.

I'm surprised i haven't read an article on this site yet about something like this. It seems very beneficial and more effective at controlling your emotions than using positive memories and other positive thinking strategies.
