What are some thoughts concerning them? Males are generally supposed to be dominant, leading ones in life, so do you avoid situations where a female is a boss? Or does it not really matter?

It doesn't matter. You already know what to do.

Plan A: Forget she have a gender at all. Just obey the words.
Plan B: YOu had a mother? Yes? Well, then you're used to have a female boss and know how to deal with that anyway.

Just keep seduction out of the picture with your boss.
(unless you're ready to quite your job)

Orelfius,

Yeah that's what I think, too. I do keep seduction away from those type of situations currently. I was just idly thinking about this while looking up some clubs, but you don't see it mattering. As you said, there are guidelines all come to follow in work.

Funny enough there are stories here of some hooking up with their bosses though (the recent podcast being an example).

Hi,

What you mean? Female bosses at work or what? Perhaps i can note down and help on how to handle them.

The root of it is often sexual tension and power.

Zac,

Yep being a boss at somewhere you may work is what I meant.

Highly important to consider three questions. Not in order but all three are equally important. Sometimes you have all of them.

1)How's your fundamentals?
2)Is she a narcissist? and are you? (Usually, the latter is not answered because no narcissist knows himself)
3)Does your personality clash with hers? 4 kinds of girls as Chase's article. (Chase article is great. I also like to learn other personality too for further evidence.)

In my experience, I prefer female bosses. There's no shame in working under a woman... especially if you're younger than which would probably be the case.

You're from some Eastern society if I'm correct, so maybe women are viewed as secondary class citizens out there. If you are "avoiding" an opportunity with a female boss merely because of her gender, than I'd guess the alternative job would be WORSE. So that would be really stupid!!!

At the end of the day I don't have contempt for women, or think that if a woman makes a mistake, that's it's because she's a woman. I don't think of it that way.
