Field Report 3/2/22/-3/5/22
I've made a goal to talk to one women per day and for the most part stay off of Tinder.
Wednesday:
Anyways went out on Wednesday night to try and do some street approaches but I walked around for about an hour and there was literally not one person on the street. (Probably because it was cold and rainy). Finally I said fuck it and decided to head to a new bar. Sat down at the end of the bar and ordered a sprite because I didn’t want to be hungover. There were maybe 20 people total and most of them appeared to be with other people. After about 10 minutes in some blonde who was okay looking (7/10) came and sat down at the bar two seats away from me. It took about 2 minutes or so for me to just say fuck it and start the conversation (I think I asked what drink she got) anyways from there she moved over one more seat next to me because someone else came and we chatted from there. I could tell she wasn’t really sexually into me but I got her number and she told me I should come to an event the next night.
After talking with her for about 15 minutes, two women came up and sat next to me on the other side. I kept making eye contact with the one who was a cute blonde but I made up an excuse in my head that I didn’t want to look like a player so I just didn’t do anything.
Thursday:
Thursday I went out with the intention of going to two bars/clubs that had events going on. I honestly don’t remember what I did before but I remember walking around for a bit and there was still no one really outside lol. Anyways I decided to hit the first club and there was about 20 people total. Talked to a couple people and ran into some guy I knew. After about 30 minutes I decided to dip and head to the other bar. Get inside and I’m literally the only one alone and there were about like 10 other people there that all were sitting at tables (it was very dead). There was a group of 5 women all sitting at one table that were all hot but my approach anxiety was really strong because I was literally standing at the bar by myself with the 4 other groups all just chilling at tables, so I didn’t want to stand out with my approach. Overall, both places were pretty dead so I didn't do any approaches.
Saturday night:
Weather was super nice so decided to go out with my wing. We went to a pretty popular night club in my area and I decided to not get get completely shit faced since I had to work the next morning. Anyways I immediately see a cute 2 set by the bar (short girls) upstairs and we posted up next to them. Within a couple seconds I said fuck it and and walked over to them and asked “what are you guys getting”, and from there I brought my wing into the conversation. Funnily enough, the chick I was kinda vibing with ended up talking with my wing instead, so I was initially left with the other chick, who I didn't really get along with too well. Anyways, I told my friend I’m gonna go walk around and left him with the two girls.
I ended up walking around and saw these two smoking hot women near a “beer pong” table. I causally went up to them and asked if they wanted to play and they said sure. They asked me a couple questions and then asked if I could take there picture. I agreed and felt pretty badass because the guys near me looked jealous lol. Anyways they said they had to go to the bathroom and I took that as my cue that they wanted to dip and I didn’t take it personally at all.
Throughout the rest of the night I probably talked to like 5 more girls but none of them really went anywhere. I tapped one girl on the shoulder and said something but she wasn’t very receptive. The other 4 girls I talked to also didn’t really seem receptive to my opener either.
Overall, I approached about 10 women throughout the 3 nights I went out and ended up getting one phone number. I’m still Impressed with myself for pushing myself to be uncomfortable and I'm thinking it’s hopefully just a matter of time before one hooks.
