Force IOI and Girls who are DTF

I myself all too often can sometimes miss escalation window. Girls i can take on instant date totally blow me off when i contact them. Another, i find something cool though. I would raise my hand before approach with strong eye contact, three things will happen, either she looks down, or she looks away, likely she's experienced, as far as i know, and another, she looks at you, you talk to her, but what happens here is that i blew off one although i did get her number.

So would love if anyone here are good on "Force Indication of Interest" and looking out for those who are "Down to Fuck". Probably a sign or two might help. I can't seem to figure it around somewhat.
