Hey Guys,

Back story: You ever notice in any great martial arts movie there is always that one technique that the main character was practicing for the entire movie to perfect. Then he needs it most he uses it to defeat the main antagonist. The whole time the character practices the form of the technique with patience. It wasn't about learning a million techniques but about mastering a few. Working on the foundation of fundamentals.

Seduction Relaxation: When I first started reading about pick up back in high school, my main focus was to find something that worked and to perfect that. I wanted find a way to make girls feel butterflies in their stomachs and such. I knew it wouldn't be an overnight process either. I would read up on different authors and like a scientist experiment to see what worked. A lot of guys establish their own styles to work their techniques. However, if you want to be great you must always treat everyday as the first. Things can be unpredictable and you must remain in the moment. Sometimes when you think you understand women, you learn something mind blowing. When you want to grow you must push yourself to go deep.

Regime: My basic regime for seduction is to do 10 basic approaches a day. I do this so I'm always adding new woman to my life. I also go out and do other hobbies such as working out and music too. This way I obtain balance in my life so I'm not focusing too hard on one particular thing. I'm constantly working on my sexy walk, style, and smile. Everyone's regime are different, and they're supposed to be. People have different goals and seek different results.

Over and out,

Just Dave

I agree a hundred percent my friend.... its so true you can never stop learning or think you have learned it all. I see it happen to so many people, and they fall behind or out of the picture and wonder why it happened.

Very true, I always encourage people to adapt new styles or at the very least keep practicing the basics of things. It's like exercising it's gets harder to see results the longer you go with exercising on a consistent basis.

Dave-

This is a great point.

If you examine the guys who do things again and again in seduction (or any skill) and never get anywhere, vs. the guys who methodically get better, the biggest difference you see is the devotion to form.

One guy thinks he just needs to endlessly repeat an action until it starts working.

The other guy works on refining that action every single time he practices it, tweaking it just a little bit more, a little bit more, a little bit more.

Every at bat is another chance to tighten up his form a bit better, work on his stance a bit more, get his grip to just the right degree of looseness and firmness, have just the right amount of coil in his shoulders.

It does take patience. And it takes devotion to form, and a desire to make one's form as perfect as can be. Because the better the form, the more effective the action, and the more effortless, too.
