What's the principle behind this?
Let's say a friend was driving your car while you were in the passenger seat (long story) and told you that he/she would be super careful with your car because he/she knows how much you care for it to keep it looking new. But in the process of parking your car, rubs the wheel against the curb. Would you expect your friend to pay for repairs/replacement? Would it matter if this friend was a FWB?
