Sometimes when girls get excited talking about something, they pull off these cute quirky little movements like raising their arms or kicking their legs etc. How do you respond to that?

I was never very comfortable with body movements or even posing for pictures because often I find that I end up looking very silly. And with Chase's articles pushing for the cool and sexy body language, I try to play it cool and sexy too. But as a beginner I feel as if I'm being too stiff and not reciprocating the girl's excitement.

What are some safe "manly" actions or poses that can communicate to a girl that I am not stiff sexy wannabe?

Leading the Interaction: Don't give in her frame
When you set the right vibe with a girl and your sexiness is over flowing you can pull off some cool pics. Girls are silly and cute mate, I normally go for the kiss on the cheek poses where the girls are either almost kissing my cheek or are actually kissing my cheek. You could also put your arm around two of the guys and do the "player/stud/pimp/insert slang here" pose. These are fun and naughty poses that frame the girl as the chaser. It's also great presselction where girls will see that girls love being around you and think your cute and cool.

Master swag: Your king stance
I actually have about three or four girls sitting or standing behind me bent over and doing kissy faces while I have a leg crossed and a hand on my beard. Girls will usually comment how they consider me their pimp/player/stud/insert slang here and will chase me throughout the night as a result. You can tell girls how to strike the pose but most normally do it on their own cause of your sexy vibe. A king doesn't have to act silly but he can still have fun . . . sexy fun.

In my experience, a man's excitement comes from his facial expressions. You can pull off sexy, excited, and powerful poses (even with high energy girls) by using your facial expressions. For example, take a look at these Bond movie posters:

There's so much excitement in all three posters, and in all of them Bond is incredibly expressive, high energy, and sexy. Even while being surrounded by excited girls. The girls in the pictures are moving their bodies, kicking their legs, bending over. But Bond isn't. Notice there isn't much expression in his body. Its all in the face.

So feel free to reciprocate their excitement. But use your facial expressions. Practice them in a mirror and steal expressions from actors. I've stolen most, if not all my expressions from the actor who plays Damon Salvatore in The Vampire Diaries. Looking him up is a great place to start.

don't let her movements get to you, consider what they might mean, etc, but you should be calibrating yourself with her movements and energy levels mainly via your expressions. moving your arms about and jumping up and down etc with a girl is friend material stuff. expressions are king. very important.
