Fundamentals: beauty parlor

Hey guys, you might want to go to a beauty parlor from time to time to clean up your face. I hadnt gone for quite some time due to the everpresent covid bullshit.. but after I went recently, my face really looks different. Much, much fresher. This is probably more pronounced as I havent gone for 2 years.. which is unusual for me. I would not underestimate what this can do for you. This might be a quick fundamentals upgrade for a lot of you .

Never thought about it. What kinds of tips for looking for a beauty parlor do you recommend, or even how often do you recommend going and etc.?

I am no expert by any means.. I would say once a 3 months is alright. Reception chick said that you need upkeep for once a month but I think that is unnecessary and sales based advice. But this is pure based on intuition.

The freshness om my face is real and obviously discernable.

It was massaging , using steam, getting out blackheads and such. I actually closed my eyes as I wanted to relax.

I saw this with some chicks too that their face is suddenly more fresh, probably due to similair treatments.

I think in the winter this is even more important as you have layers of clothing on but your face is visible.

also, iirc, Casanova would get his face massages and his hair treated almost daily in his youth, the dude really had his fundy's down for the time

Have you guys ever had success with the girls who work at these sorts of places? Like, if you're a customer and you're trying to hit on one who is giving you a treatment?

Or even at a barbershop with a female barber who's giving you a haircut?

Sup guys, little post-facial update as promised:

Wow, my face a) had a lot of redness reduced, b) feels a lot smoother, and it seems a lot of micro-scars or whatever they’re called were almost immediately closed or healed up, and c) I feel a lot less stiff, a lot more relaxed, and my expressions seem a lot more genuine, almost like they’re sharper and more precise.

This time I got the classical Euro facial – I’m going back next month to get a deeper cleanse, one that is more aimed at dealing with individual issues (the aforementioned redness, extracting pimples, clearing pores, etc.) as well as providing relaxation.

The Euro on its own felt great though, so relaxing like DK mentioned. And damn, this lovely girl's fingers were like silky porcelain running across my face and chest – I was wearing sweatpants and felt a massive rod oncoming, lol had to control myself. Also got an arm hand and foot massage. And all for under a $100.

All in all I cannot stop looking at myself, I look so goddamn sexy.

One question I do have now, and it's kinda related to this - I want to ask if any of you would know what the equivalent of a “facial” would be for hair? My hair could really use it tbh, it’s been going through some rough times lately
