HOCD - Homosexuality obsessive compulsive disorder.

(Note: I may be contradicting myself in this post .so , bear with me please)

As i have been getting rid of my fears in life and doing a lot of meditation as well as going out to meet girls . I have realised that the source of my fears / anxiety is HOCD .

Now , HOCD can be caused due to sexual harrasment , excessive porn usage ( both of which have happened in my life) .

I have quit porn , tho .

This post is not for complaining or crying over the past .

Its just that when i approach a girl ( especially if the girl is beautiful) , there is always a feeling that if it leads to sex then i may not be able to get it up for her and she will ' know my "secret"'.

And this feeling is Getting stronger but i don't want to give up on meeting women.

I am still approaching but am not able to do with intent because of this .

I just want to know how to handle this feeling while picking up chicks because this is the biggest barrier in my seduction journey .

Lastly , thanks to the GC brethren for helping me out in so many things in past which wouldn't have been possible .

I am going out day after tomorrow .

OCD can be super challenging, check out Jon Hershfield's writings. His material on OCD is great.

To summarize his advice, he recommends to refrain from compulsions. Compulsions are the rituals you do to obtain certainty on a fear (ex. homosexual, harm, germs, etc).

So this could be finding all the reasons or proof you're not homosexual in your case. These compulsions may lower your anxiety in the moment but with OCD, it's likely the fear and need for reassurance will resurface.

Doing compulsions trains you to override your gut feeling about something and so you get stuck in compulsion loops.

The main issue with OCD is an abnormal intolerance of uncertainty, put simply.

I've found exposure to the source of uncertainty without doing any compulsion helps to break the loop. Just an acceptance that one cannot fully remove uncertainty on the subject in question and that the possibility may be true. It can be a really hard task, no doubt.

I got my first kiss when i was around 9 years old with a chick who was around 12 .lol. even had a girlfriend when i was 10-11 .

If it wasn't for years of bullying after that which made me socially excluded , and years of porn abuse i wouldn't be having these thoughts .

My heart only cares about women . I have even made my career in synergy with my seduction journey ( even though that career is completely white collar )

Basically , women is what has always made me happy.

Well this comment above is the least gay thing I have heard in a while. I don't think you have to worry.

Contrary to some beliefs, homosexuality is inborn. You are born gay and you realize you are gay throughout puberty. Unless there is something you are not telling me, I do not think you have anything to worry about. And let us say (hypothetically) you are bisexual, or slightly, then this does not mean you cannot still enjoy women.

My take on this is that your fear of being a homosexual is not the main issue you have, but a pretext, a shell if you want of another deeper underlying issue, to which you attribute a random narrative in order to consciously make sense of it.

And there you have it... fear of loss, fear of exclusion... or something. This is the real issue here! This is the trauma you have to solve. Have you considered looking into "TRE" - trauma releasing exercises?

I am convinced this is one of the many solutions to your problem. I recommend doing TRE with an instructor. Sessions don't cost THAT much, and you only need 1-2 (you basically just need to learn the technique and then you can do things on your own....

Basically , women is what has always made me happy.

It will, but not unless you solve your underlying issues. Time to do some clean up in your subconscious!

I was super homophobic, it came from the way i was brought up in my country, back then my country was super homophobic and parents were super homophobic.... In your journey seducing women and learning about women, this will go away specially in your time the community, seduction community is very gay friendly due to the secret society.... By the way some of the best seducers are bi or feminine (even naturals).... they are very open sexually, come under the radar, and women feel comfortable around them vs bitch shield (but this is another topic)...

Sexual anxiety (scare of not being able to get hard), is normal and has nothing to do with hocd at all...... I will tell you is very unlikely for your dick to not get hard, it will happen only with a minority of women, were the chemistry is not here, don't confuse chemistry with beauty... you may have a really hot girl and not be able to get hard due to chemistry..... If this happen have some type of routine ready such as you want to get to know her and you just broke up with a girl and you still hurting or something like that...

finally, this may be cope and excuse of procrastination seducing a women and putting dick in pussy (if i have a vote a guarantee you is this, just another form of cope)... Indian guys are the best at coping they can come with all types of reasons and rationalization to cope NUMBER 1 of all races By a mile away and they are consistent years and years of consistent coping...

Are you talking about Indian guys in general or Indian guys living in the west because it's definitely not true in India .

Here , you can even get beat up /killed for talking to girls if you are in rural area or even in the suburbs . But , still we do pickup here , successfully.

Don't know whats up with Indians on your side of the world .
