GC Social Circle Process with Dating and other minor questions

As I mentioned in an earlier post, having worked on my life in the past year and months I have now a pretty good social circle/life where I can tape to meet a lot of quality women. Actually, it's a far better option in my country than cold approach.

In GC contrary to many other dating advice places, we find a clear process and concepts for pretty much any dating and social situation wich is great. However, even if the process outlined in the website is easy and straightforward to apply (see below) I have some questions about how to apply it effectively especially on how to combine it with Compression Dating, my best option because of my current logistic.

  Use an inner frame that matches the outside reality of how you're acting e.g. "I can have any girl in the social circle, and if you arouse my interest then I might take you home"
  
  Use a hidden move to take one of these light interactions further in a discrete manner so you can minimise rejection and the social ramifications of rejection, and help along future interactions by being all secret
  
  Set discretion frames to help her feel safer in getting sexual with you and to manage your reputation for future interactions
  
  Isolate her to move forward the interaction once you're at the appropriate point

1- If i get it well , when i notice a girl expressing interest in me, I should use a hidden move to express it back. And then discretion frame and after that solation/fuck. Should it be done in one setting or could it be like "Hidden Moves" some days later isolation-> fuck? If the logistics don't allow it?

2- Little bit the same question, after the hidden moves and mutual interest revealed, can i just follow the process outlined with cold approach (dating/compression dating) girls:

I ask about this because of my current shitty logistics so I can't usually go for a fuck in the first date. Second because when I speak of girls in social circle I mean the ones who are in that social circle without being my direct friends so they look like Warm Approach.
