Getting a number from a coworker

So I'm trying to get the phone number of one my coworkers. I know she likes me I havent been able to make a situation where I am able to get her number discretley. I was going to pull off a situation yesterday, but it didn't work, I'll update it in the this FR https://boards.girlschase.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=9590. Either way I am taking way longer than I want to and I was wondering if anyone can give me an opinion.

I plan to message her on Fb and get her number, I would highly prefer to do this in person but I don't want to keep waiting. I haven't added her or even looked at her fb ever and there has been no mention of it. I feel like it is a bit creepy but I'm not sure, what do you guys think?

Hi.....im not having any personal experience to back you up but chase had said to first try asking her out on a high note in a conversation and then to ask for her number after proposing the date.

Hmm.. well your best bet to getting the number is to get her alone, then suggesting you two should hang out, then bam! I think this is the easiest way to get a number from a co-worker, but you would have to at least be cool with her. it can back fire if you go too strong too early.

But honestly, nothing is black and white. I've gotten co workers numbers the day i met them, and we hung out and slept together the same day, I've asked for a number when i first met a girl and she said she didn't know me at all, so i got the number after i got to know her a lil.

All i can say is, suggest you two should hang out on a high note, and don't ever become a fixture or you shall be friend zoned. Look up articles on dating at work, there are a few.

I've done this before with co workers, like getting the number and hanging but I think I put this girl too high on my list. Mostly due to another friend(coworker) talking her up, and how she is around me. I've already moved on, she's not investing in conversations (maybe she's just shy or nervous?) I've left her alone to pursue other women maybe I'll see what's up if the opportunity presents itself, otherwise I'm onto other women.
