I haven't been around for a while cause I've been too busy moving etc. Now I find that I feel like I have lost the groove a little, most importantly I am now living in grad University accommodation 30mins out of the city centre after having had a really nice flat in the centre. How do you guys cope with this? It feels like most of my options have just vanished. Most girls in the real world would not be seen dead going into this type of room and going to their place is rarely ideal - especially after dates - where the only option is to meet near her place and invite yourself up!?

I have almost resigned myself to not having many options while I'm back at uni and just have to focus on uni girls.....

I need to move out again - LOCATION AND LOGISTICS ARE EVERYTHING - always remember that when shelling out thousands for your rent! (even if you are putting off buying a place in doing so)

Hey GF, good to see you around.

Being located far out is less than ideal, for sure. That said, I wouldn't worry so much about what kind of room girls "would" and "wouldn't" go into - I've pulled some pretty elegant women back to some pretty crappy places and had things go quite well... at least you know she isn't going to want to hold out for a relationship if your place is dingy and diminutive.

Also, for a bunch more details on picking up girls when you live outside of town, check out this thread: Out of Town Pickups - I shared a 3x lay report from a past mentor of mine there that addresses this problem quite nicely, provided you have the right set of wheels.

Thanks chase cool article - its some impressive outside the box thinking but no car since the money I'd spend would be better spent on moving more centrally. its a significant price drain (about $1600 per month where I was before on a part time budget). Its not so much the room its the fact its in student accomodation - needing to sign her in with security guards etc!

Ouch... yeah, having to deal with security guards in the middle of a transition period can really be a mood killer!
