Getting back on track physically and mentally..

Hello gentlemen...

I don't want this post to be about me being in a rut, but I do need your help.

Over the past few weeks I've been slowly losing my passion for a lot of things. I'm not approaching girls as much as I'd like to, it's been a while since I last hit the gym, I haven't been going out that much and it's all affecting me negatively.

I feel a bit lost and I really don't know how to get back on track.. I'm not depressed or anything like that.. But this me, asking for a helping hand. I hate feeling this way and I just want to get back on track.

Take a step back and look at your life as a whole.

What are you habits like? Productive, time wasting?
What are you friends like? Ambitious, close minded?
Are you eating well? Exercising?

How about your goals? Are you furthering them? Do you have any?

I did this and made major changes to my life. I even decided to move away from my city.

While you may not need to be so drastic, know that change requires a real change from you.

Thanks for the reply... I decided to apply your advice first..and then bring back the results.

So far, so good. I'm back at the gym, back to approaching girls.. And a whole lot of other stuff.
