Getting back to the game

Hey Guys,

I just got back in to the single realm and have had a few hookups with friends who were interested in me while i was in a relationship. I am an all around confident guy and act reasonably fast with women, but when it comes to a cold approach i cant find my way to taking action. I've always wanted to be able to walk up to the gorgeous girl across the room and ask her out. I want to get to the stage where if her friends and the entire room was watching my nerves wouldnt flinch. I know im a while away from this but do my fellow gentlemen have any tips or articles to read to get to my goal?
