Getting ignored

Hi guys,
Been talking to this girl at work for a couple of months. She comes into work and says "Hi" to me and then goes cold. She ignored me and never started a conversation with me the whole day. I ignored her back. What does this mean?

We need more information. Did she seem attracted to you in the beginning? Does she not engage properly in conversation now if you try talking to her?

Really did not get any signs that she was attracted to me. We hold eye contact for a long time while we talk that's about it.
I didn't try to start a conversation since she normally does.
