Getting out of friendzone in high school

So I am a junior in high school and I have found myself attracted to this high quality girl for a couple of months now. We are both single (my ex girlfriend moved away about 3 months ago) and it's very difficult to tell if she is attracted to me. We text every day and have been alone a couple of times to practice bowling because we are both in a bowling class at school and we get free games every week.

My question is... How should I go about telling her how I feel about her and when should I do it? I am interested in dating her. And btw she has never been in a relationship before. I highly appreciate any feedback. Thank you

Hey man, welcome. First question is to clarify what you mean by "dating her." Do you want to fuck her quickly? Make her your girlfriend? Take her out to dinner? As ever, one must choose a desired outcome ahead of time in order to know what steps to take in order to get there.

My goal is to make her my girlfriend and then to escalate things to the point where we make out constantly (how me and my previous gf were) thanks
